The equipment is mainly used for soft to hard and soft to soft large-scale lamination. The mesh plate design is adopted and the corresponding size is within 550 * 550mm.
1. Film or OCA is placed on the screen plate, TP or glass is placed on the flip plate, and the lower roller rises to fit. Ensure that there is no indentation and bubble in the fitting;
2. The alignment platform adopts UVW high-precision alignment platform to ensure the high-precision CCD capture alignment mode. The TP window diagonal and OCA edge mark (the lens window diagonal and the diagonal cross mark of film or OCA) are captured, and the window center is automatically calculated and overlapped;
3. The fitting accuracy will not be affected by the size of the window, and the window will always be centered;
4.20 seconds / beat (machine running time), high efficiency.
